Saltwater Stone Re-appointed as Exclusive Event PR Agency for Oceanology International
Dedicated maritime communications agency, Saltwater Stone, has been re-appointed by RX Global (formerly Reed Exhibitions) as exclusive event PR agency for the global ocean technology conference and exhibition, Oceanology International 2024, following a multi-agency pitch. Oceanology International (Oi) is the world’s largest exhibition and conference dedicated to serving all professionals working in the global marine science and ocean technology sector.
Oi was first launched in 1969 and runs every two years. The 2024 three-day event will take place from 12 – 14 March at Excel, London, and will see more than 8,000 attendees and around 500 exhibitors showcasing their latest technologies and developments. There will also be on water demonstrations and vessels.
Oi is the leading forum connecting the global ocean technology community, providing a platform for knowledge sharing for leaders in industry, academia, and government. The relationship between Saltwater Stone and event organisers, RX Global, first began in 2017, with the two organisations working closely together over the last six years.
Saltwater Stone will utilise its extensive expertise in the global marine sector to promote the event, providing strategic input into marketing the show. The agency will also provide content creation and ongoing communications to event exhibitors, conference panel members, ambassadors, the media, and associations.
